Vital Health and Fitness was conceived and founded by Cristian Astudillo, a Fitness Professional who has personally seen and lived through the positive effects fitness can have on life, not only physically but also mentally and emotionally.   This has made him passionate about helping people be the best they can be through informed health and fitness choices that can change their lives.

Becoming a personal trainer was a natural progression for Cristian who has been involved in fitness his whole life.  Having played soccer representing Victoria, he understands sports and fitness from a beginner level through to the elite.  He gained his qualifications through Fitnation and is registered with Fitness Australia.  He is constantly updating and learning new skills that enable Vital Health and Fitness to not only keep training sessions fresh and fun but also give clients the best possible results from their training program.

Our specialties include:

  • Weight loss
  • Muscle growth
  • Strength training
  • Postural correction
  • Nutritional advice
  • Sports conditioning
  • Boxing for fitness
  • Bootcamps

Working out of a private fitness studio, we make our training sessions a more personalised experience for our clients.

At Vital Health and Fitness, we make sure we work hand in hand with our clients in setting goals, large or small, and achieve the best possible results within a realistic time frame.
